Order Fulfillment

Some Kinndling products are packed and shipped directly by us, while others are made to order through trusted production partners.

  • Kinndling Fulfilled — Field supplies such as notebooks, pencils, Field Thoughts, Project Cords, Phone Sleeping Bags, stickers, and other small goods are packed and shipped directly by Kinndling.
  • Made to Order — Select apparel and other printed products are made specifically for your order by our production partner. These items will be clearly noted on their product page.

If your order contains both types of products, they may arrive in separate shipments.


Processing Times

Most orders ship within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

If we're experiencing an unusual delay, we'll reach out by email as soon as possible.


Shipping

Kinndling-fulfilled products currently ship within the United States using USPS.

Some made-to-order products may be available internationally through our fulfillment partner. International availability will be shown on the product page.


Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates typically become available within 24 hours after the carrier receives your package.


Customs & Taxes

Applicable sales tax is calculated during checkout.

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer.
