We’re grateful to be part of your creative life. Below you’ll find details about how we handle fulfillment, shipping, and what to expect with your order.

 

Order Fulfillment

We work with trusted partners to help get Kinndling field supplies and creative goods to you.

  • Printed-on-demand items (such as apparel and hats) are fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. These items are made to order and will be noted in the product description.
  • Kinndling-fulfilled items (such as notebooks, stickers, patches, pins, and small field supplies) are packed and shipped directly by Kinndling.

If your order contains both types of items, they may arrive in separate shipments.

 

Shipping Areas

  • Kinndling-fulfilled items currently ship within the United States using USPS.
  • Printed-on-demand items fulfilled through Printful may be available internationally. For more information, please visit Printful’s Shipping Rates.

 

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

During periods of higher order volume, processing times may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay, we’ll reach out by email as soon as possible.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking numbers usually become active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Applicable sales tax may be collected at checkout based on your location.

For international orders fulfilled through Printful, any customs fees, duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

We do our best to package orders carefully, but once a shipment is in transit, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact the carrier directly and retain all original packaging materials for any claims.

International Shipping

At this time, Kinndling-fulfilled items are available only within the United States.

Some printed-on-demand items fulfilled through Printful may be available internationally.
