We read every email ourselves and usually reply within 1–2 business days.
Can I call you with a question?
The best way to reach us is by email. That helps us keep track of every question and respond as thoughtfully as possible.
I’m looking for an item that I don’t see listed in the shop. Is the item available?
Everything currently available is listed in the shop. New field equipment and trail markers are added throughout the year, so check back from time to time or join the newsletter to hear about new releases.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, yes.
Email help@kinndling.com as soon as possible with your order number.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Shipping Questions
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Most orders ship within 2–5 business days.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Kinndling ships within the United States.
We hope to expand to additional countries in the future.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, send us a note as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update the shipping address before it leaves.
What if my order arrived damaged?
That’s not the experience we want you to have.
Email help@kinndling.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll work with you to make it right.
Tracking Questions
When will I receive my order?
Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link.
If you don’t see it, be sure to check your spam folder.
My tracking status has not updated. What’s going on with my order?
Tracking updates occasionally take a day or two after USPS receives your package.
If nothing has changed after 5 business days, send us a note and we’ll look into it.
My tracking says “Delivered,” but where is my package?
Occasionally, carriers mark packages as delivered a little early. First, check around your mailbox, porch, or other delivery locations, and ask anyone in your household or a nearby neighbor if they accepted it.
If your package still hasn’t turned up after 2 business days, send us a note at help@kinndling.com and we’ll help you figure out what happened.
