Refund policy
We hope your Kinndling purchase becomes part of your creative practice. If something isn't quite right, we'll do our best to make it right.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Gift cards are non-returnable.
- Opened or used paper goods, including notebooks and Field Thoughts cards, are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
To start a return, email help@kinndling.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll send you an email letting you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow a few business days for processing. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time before the refund appears.
Sale items are final and are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
If your order arrives damaged or defective, let us know and we'll make it right.
Email help@kinndling.com with your order number and, if possible, a photo of the issue so we can help as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
Please contact us before sending a return. We'll provide the correct return instructions and answer any questions you may have.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Cancellations
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we're happy to cancel it.
Email help@kinndling.com as soon as possible with your order number, and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships.
If your cancellation is approved, refunds are typically processed within 2–3 business days, though your bank may require additional time before the refund appears.
