Refund policy

We want you to feel good about your Kinndling purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable.

To begin a return, please email help@kinndling.com with your order number and what you’d like to return. We’ll guide you from there.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing typically takes a few business days, though your bank may need additional time to post the refund.

Sale items are final and non-refundable.


Exchanges

We happily replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.

To request an exchange, email help@kinndling.com and we’ll help make it right.


Shipping Returns

Please return items to the address listed on your packing slip. If you’re missing it, just reach out and we’ll get you set up.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.


Cancellations

Changed your mind? No worries — as long as your order hasn’t shipped, we can cancel it.

Email help@kinndling.com with the subject line “Cancel Order – [Your Order #]” and we’ll take care of it.

Refunds are typically processed within 2–3 business days, though your bank may take additional time to post them.
